Membership Login
Membership Login is enabled for consumers to check on the status of their order, browse through past purchases, and store their information for a faster and easier checkout process. Membership login is required to participate in the Pooch Membership Plan program. You are responsible for protecting your login and password from unauthorized use, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account (including without limitation financial obligations). We are not responsible for losses or damage caused by your failure to safeguard your login and password. It is the consumer’s responsibility to maintain their account login email and password up to date. Not having access to your account does not constitute a viable reason for not canceling subscription renewals in a timely manner as specified by Pooch Natural Living’s policy.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, there are no refunds once orders have been shipped. Store credit is available. In the event where store credit is not an option, Pooch Natural Living, LLC encourages paying it forward by donating any treats to other dogs in the family, friends, and/or shelter.

Pooch Membership Plans
Pooch Natural Living provides a subscription service (Pooch Membership Plan) for monthly delivery of canine-related products for your dog or as a gift to other dog owners. Access to the Website, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Pooch Natural Living, LLC Privacy Policy available on the Website. Billing/Payment
Pooch Natural Living, LLC accepts PayPal and Stripe via their website. The consumer has the option to use their debit card and credit card through PayPal or Stripe to purchase any retail item and/or Pooch Membership Plans. Payments must be received before any orders can be processed and fulfilled. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service.

Shipping and Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise indicated, shipping will be charged. Shipping rates vary depending on the total amount at checkout. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to acts beyond our reasonable control, which may include, but not limited to, weather, power outages, shut downs, governmental actions or similar acts. For loss/damage claims, you must notify Pooch Natural Living, LLC within 30 days of the date purchase if you believe your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of any items purchased and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to an investigation, which will include postal service investigation. Pooch Natural Living, LLC will adjust your account to our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of any membership plans.
