Payments/Cancellations

• Payments must be received every month before orders are shipped. 

• Members will be automatically charge monthly starting from the first date of purchase upon enrollment. Members will be charged every month on the day the enrollment started. Example: If membership enrollment began on September 25th, next payment will be scheduled on the 25th of every month

• Automated (billing) dates cannot be changed once the member enrolls in a membership plan

• Once enrolled in a plan, the member cannot change the plan type unless there is a cancellation. 

• If members cancel the Pooch Membership Plan before their 12 month agreement, they will forfeit any outstanding complimentary bags of treats. 

• Cancelled plans must be annulled 10 days before the upcoming automated billing date. Once a member is charged for the month, Pooch Natural Living is unable to refund any orders that a member may wish to cancel for the month.

Orders/Shipments  rates

• Initial order: Please allow up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders to be processed and fulfilled. Estimated shipping is 3-5 days.

• Shipping: Estimated shipping is 3-5 days.

Complimentary bags of treats

• Based on member's plan, the first complimentary bag of treat will be shipped on the 6th month after enrolling in the membership plan. The second complimentary bag of treat will be shipped on the 12th month. 

 

Other Conditions

• Each Pooch Membership Plan is bundled and rated a lower price not available to non-members. Each plan has its set price with its perks as mentioned above. Members cannot substitute a treat flavor for another. 

• All sales are final once it has been shipped.

• If your dog(s) dislike the treats, Pooch Natural Living, LLC encourages paying it forward by donating any treats to other dogs in the family, friends, and/or shelter.
